Our Tenant Care team is spread throughout the Netherlands, operating from 10 different local offices. They are our ears and eyes in the buildings, and handle queries from our residents effortlessly. Together, we strive to deliver a 9+ experience, making sure our tenants are happy when they check in and out. Together, we can make a difference in our tenants’ lives and improve the buildings we manage. This makes the job fun, dynamic and engaging.
Our welcoming Tenant Care team guides our tenants through their booking process and during their stay with us. We are their sidekicks during their Dutch adventures – the familiar face that tenants (and property owners) trust and rely on. Managing the follow-up steps throughout their rental period, we make sure they always feel at home! A welcoming plus, if you ask us, is organizing exciting community events, fostering a sense of belonging in our buildings.


Our Property Managers, part of the Tenant Care team, make sure the booking process is efficient and adequate. They do their part in carefully reviewing potential tenants by checking supplied documents, as well as approaching the tenant in a personal way. This includes preparing, checking and sending out the rental contract. They monitor and ensure the follow-up steps in the booking process, like the payment of the deposit and the first month of rent. Chasing high occupancy rates, our Property Managers regularly host open houses, schedule viewings, and make follow-up calls from incoming leads.
